Lawyer Dott. Nino Boscarolli

Founder

Born in Trento, although his family had already taken up residency in Bolzano, Nino was one of the first pupils to attend the newly built Classic Studies High School in 1922 – 1923. Both the son and grandson of lawyers, Nino graduated in law in 1933 in Turin and practiced as a lawyer in Bolzano, for almost 60 years. Having been a longtime member of the Council of the Bar and Prosector Association, he also became the President. Nino actively took part in his town’s cultural, social and political life becoming Leader of the Council in Bolzano from 1952 to 1974 within the ranks of the Italian Social Movement. He was a great sportsman, and as an avid tennis player at the end of the 1920s, he achieved great success even at a national level, first with the “Savoia” and then to a great extent with the Bolzano Tennis Club. He was a long-standing sports lawyer.

Lawyer Dott. Tito Boscarolli

He graduated in Ferrara in 1972.
He became a lawyer on 13th June 1975, and was registered into the Bolzano Bar Council.
He was then a lawyer in Cassazione from 1989.

For almost twenty years, he also taught as a law professor, primarily teaching at the evening session at the Bolzano Institute of Surveyors and Accounting.

An avid sportsman, just like the rest of the family, in particular downhill skiing, he once won the National Championship for Lawyers, for this and other sports.
He is currently the only regional judge for the F.I.S.I. South Tyrol Regional Committee.

He is an expert in criminal law, criminal tax, sports law, and civil liability and insurance law.

Lawyer Dott. Alberto Boscarolli

He graduated in Ferrara in 1972. He has been a lawyer since 4th February 1977, and was registered into the Bolzano Bar Council. He has been a lawyer in Cassazione since 1991. He is already a member of the Bolzano Council of the Bar and Prosector Association and had held each and every position, becoming President for a two-year period between 2000-2002. He is the founder and was the first president of the Bolzano Legal Foundation of the Bar Council. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Bolzano ACI (Automobile Club of Italy) which was founded by his grandfather, Gaetano Boscarolli. He has been the President of the Bolzano Association of Real Estate Owners and Managers many times and still is to this day. An avid fan of winter sports, he was national ski champion of graduates and lawyers, and one thing which is always good… travelling, though unfortunately, he can never find the time to travel. His expertise lies within civil law, contract law, civil liability and insurance law. He is also specialised in condominium and tenancy law.
