Lawyer Dott. Carlo Alberto Boscarolli

After finishing his classical studies at the Experimental Classical Studies High School “Giosuè Carducci” in Bolzano, he continued his studies and graduated with a degree in Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. In 2012, he completed a master’s in Sports Law and Justice. In 2015, he completed his II level University master’s degree in Law and Criminal Procedures. He specifically deals with corporate criminal law (workplace safety, insolvency offences and financial crime), medical malpractice, and environmental criminal law. He is a member of the Criminal Chamber in Bolzano. He has dealt with many cases regarding international child abduction. He has been enrolled in the civil and commercial mediators register. Languages spoken: English and German.

After finishing her studies at the Scientific High School “Torricelli” in Bolzano, she continued her studies, graduating in Law from the University of Verona, where she wrote her dissertation on employment law.

She has been registered in the Bolzano Bar Association since 2021.

She specifically deals with civil law (contract law, tenancy law, and insurance law).

Lawyer Stefania Boscarolli

After finishing her classical studies at the Classical High School “Giosuè Carducci” in Bolzano, she continued her studies, graduating in Law from the University of Padova, where she wrote her dissertation on European law. During her studies, she also attended some classes in international and EU law at the University of Freiburg, in Germany.

After having carried out and completing her legal training, she moved to the USA in 2014 where she attended a new intensive degree programme at Gonzaga University School of Law, where in just fifteen months, she obtained a second degree in law and graduated magna cum laude. In April 2016, after having passed the New York state bar exam, she received the title of Attorney at Law (which corresponds to being a lawyer in Italy). In 2017, she also passed the bar in the state of California.

Lawyer Dott.ssa Marlene Vaccaretti

Of Counsel

Lawyer registered with the Vicenza Bar Association since 2012, after obtaining a master’s degree in law, she also graduated in economics and commerce. Over the years she has deepened her knowledge of commercial and corporate law, a subject in which she has specialized in the so-called “business crisis”, to the point of also obtaining the title of Qualified Over-indebtedness Crisis Manager and Expert in the negotiated settlement of the corporate crisis. the company, registered with the Venice Chamber of Commerce, as required by Law 118/21.

She specializes in insolvency law, tax law, corporate law, business strategy, over-indebtedness and restructoring.

In his areas of experience he has followed several important companies at a national level.
